Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your engagement with Settleogy. By requesting a callback, submitting case documentation, or utilizing our debt resolution assistance, you accept these terms.
1. Nature of Advisory Assistance
Settleogy provides loan settlement coordination, negotiation assistance, and procedural debt guidance. Settleogy is not a lending institution, bank, or debt-purchasing entity. We do not advance funds to satisfy debts.
2. Distinct Legal Functions
Settleogy coordinates settlement workflows and administrative negotiations. Formal legal advice, notice drafting, rejoinders, and statutory court representations are strictly conducted by qualified advocates and independent legal practitioners.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete financial disclosures regarding outstanding balances, income status, and legal notices received. Deliberate misrepresentation of financial documentation relieves Settleogy of coordination duties.
4. Payments to Lenders
All agreed settlement payments must be made directly by the borrower to the lending institution's designated bank account following receipt of an authorized settlement letter. Settleogy never collects settlement funds on behalf of lenders.
Disclaimer
Settlement outcomes, discount amounts, waiver percentages, and resolution timelines depend entirely on individual case circumstances, lender policies, overdue duration, and negotiations. Settleogy does not guarantee any specific settlement outcome.
No Outcome or Waiver Guarantees
No communication from Settleogy—whether on this website, during consultations, or in correspondence—shall be construed as a promise of debt erasure, guaranteed concession, or immediate cessation of legal proceedings initiated by lenders.
Lender Autonomy and Credit Policies
Lending institutions retain full sovereign authority over their credit decisions, write-off approvals, and settlement acceptance. Settleogy facilitates transparent communication and negotiation coordination to assist borrowers in reaching mutually viable resolutions.
Legal Representation Boundaries
Legal matters are handled by our advocate/legal team. Settleogy assists with coordination and the broader settlement process, while legal advice and legal responses are handled by the appropriate qualified legal professional.
